Hooded Hawks by Mook

Song #8
Mook derive from none only than the Big Apple itself, but they aren't anything like their fellow New Yorkers, these boys are all about keeping it real. Big on DYI, all the tracks from their ep 'Eggs', were recorded at the singer's, Paul, parents home, in their attic to be exact, can't get any cooler fact. Here is another band who's music is so unique you can't impose a genre on them, from tracks like 'Hooded Hawks' which in my opinion has a very macabre/caberet feel to it (and may be the reason why it's my favorite) and then you have tracks like 'Broken Bee (light me)' and 'Dear Strangers' that are very mellow and sentimental. Whatever they do i back it 100% because i love a band who aren't afraid of exploring many different genres and making them their own.

And the quiet scream of death, ignites the oil sky
